We build in-ground pool

We build in-ground pools – and patios, too!

It’s that time of year again – the time when families start to wonder, “Wouldn’t it be great if we had a pool in the backyard?”

We Can Help!

Adding an in-ground pool takes planning. Where you put it depends on building and homeowner’s association regulations, as well as the size and slope of your property and the type of soil it has.

We’re putting this pool in a yard with a slope. It takes a lot of work and know-how to get it just right. This will be finished soon and ready for the owners to enjoy, along with the flagstone pool deck we put in around it.

Do you have questions about putting a pool in your yard?

Contact us for a no-cost, no-obligation on-site consultation to determine the type of pool that will best fit your yard, your budget, and your family.

Custom Outdoor Fire Pit

A custom outdoor fire pit adds warmth and visual appeal to your backyard.

A fire pit is an enclosed area that confines an open fire. It can be dug into the ground or built on it, free-standing or built with an attached patio. Fire pits can be made out of concrete and gravel, stone, block, pavers, brick, iron, or glass and can be fueled by propane, ethanol, gel fuel, charcoal, or wood.

Both permanent and portable fire pits of various types are available at home improvement stores, but if you want a fire pit designed to accent your home and meet your specific needs and preferences, a custom-built fire pit is a great — and surprisingly affordable — option.

On cool nights, a fire pit provides a gathering place for your family and friends, but there are safety concerns and a number of design options. Contact us for a no-cost, no-obligation, on-side consultation and start enjoying your backyard more than ever!

Home additions and retaining walls

Natural Stone Retaining Wall

A natural brown stone retaining wall, still under construction. This wall will be holding a three story addition. It is truly massive and beautiful.

Sometimes the ability of a homeowner to add a home addition is limited by the grading of the property. This problem can be solved by building a retaining wall. The retaining wall supports the addition of soil, providing graded land suitable for the foundation of a home addition.

Retaining walls can be built of brick, block or stone to complement your home’s style and the surrounding land. In this case, natural brown stone was used.
